Central servicing agent for the U.S. Small Business Administration loan program, supporting 10,000+ small businesses and growing the engagement into a $10M annual revenue line with zero-defect delivery.
Full P&L ownership across Tier-1 banking clients including Bank of America, PayPal, and Fifth Third. Grew revenue 30%+ while delivering 100% of programs on time and on budget.
